All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We accept major payment methods at checkout, processed securely through our payment partners. Orders aren't confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
Sales, discounts, and promo codes are valid for the time period stated and can't be combined unless we say otherwise.
Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we start working on it quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to adjust or cancel an order, contact us as soon as you can and we'll do what we're able to.
Shipping
Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen once a package leaves our hands, particularly with the carrier. We'll always give you tracking so you can follow your order's progress.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our separate Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you're agreeing to those terms as well.
